1. Applicant hereby certifies that the information provided in this application is true and accurate.

2. By signing this credit application, Applicant authorizes We Can Move It Logistics to contact or call any credit/bank references provided.

3. Applicant affirms that the financial condition of the business is satisfactory and all financial obligations can be met. Applicant affirms that there are no open lawsuits, judgments, or liens against Applicant or any of its subsidiaries.

4. Applicant understands that motor carriers under contract with We Can Move It Logistics are required to maintain cargo loss and damage insurance in the amount of $100,000.00 per shipment. Loads valued at $100,000.00 or more will not be tendered without written notice of the value in excess of $100,000. Applicant understands and agrees that We Can Move It Logistics must receive written notice for such loads to give We Can Move It Logistics and its contracted motor carriers time to obtain the appropriate insurance.

5. Applicant understands that We Can Move It Logistics will report payment experiences to credit reporting agencies.

6. Applicant will notify We Can Move It Logistics of any change in ownership.

7. Applicant agrees that payment receiving terms are NET 30 days from invoice date.

8. If it becomes necessary for We Can Move It Logistics, in its sole discretion, to employ a collection agency, service, or an attorney to collect the amount due and owing by Applicant to We Can Move It Logistics applicant understands and agrees that it shall be responsible for the costs and fees associated with the collection agency, service, or attorney. This obligation includes but is not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees.

9. Applicant understands and agrees that We Can Move It Logistics is strictly a third party logistics (3PL) service provider.
